A total of 367,963 COVID-19 vaccine doses have been administered in Papua New Guinea so far, according to statistics released today from the Department of Health and the National Control Centre.
In the same period, the number of persons who have at least received one dose has risen to 277,678 while 209,126 people have received their double dose.
In the meantime, the National Control Centre (NCC) reported 58 new cases of Coronavirus on Tuesday 30 November, raising the total number of confirmed cases since the outbreak, to 35,237 and the number of deaths to 546.
According to the latest COVID-19 statistics from NCC, 10 of the new cases were reported in the Autonomous Region of Bougainville, nine in East New Britain, five in the National Capital District, two each in Central, Enga, and Madang, and one each in Morobe, Milne Bay and Western Highlands.
There were no new cases reported in the other 13 provinces.
NCC further reported the total number of cumulative recoveries at 34,115 including 298 Delta variant cases.
