Controller bans all passengers from India

Friday 30 April 2021 The Commissioner of Police and Controller of the PNG COVID-19 National Pandemic Response David Manning has issued a Directive, banning   all passengers coming out from India effective today. The directive was made in the wake of the second wave of COVID-19 in India and the emergence of the Indian Variant of COVID-19.

Manning reminds schools and institutions to strictly comply with measures in the New Normal

Police Commissioner and Controller of the PNG COVID-19 National Pandemic Response David Manning has urged schools and institutions throughout the country to strictly comply with measures in the New Normal or “Niupela Pasin ”.   Mr Manning reminded teachers in respective schools and institutions throughout the country to enforce compliance procedures under the New Normal.
