Controller directs compulsory GPS tracking ankle bracelets for incoming international passengers

The Controller of the National Pandemic Response Mr David Manning today issued a directive for the compulsory wearing of GPS tracking ankle bracelets only for international passengers on designated charter flights that bring in large number of foreign workers. The Controller determines which charter flights are required to have them for the duration of their quarantine period.
