Freedom of Movement Protected says Marape

The Prime Minister, Hon. James Marape,  assured the country that  the people’s  freedom of movement is a fundamental right, which is protected under the National Constitution. Mr  Marape said this following the release of a measure by the Controller of the COVID-19 National Coordination Centre that purports to restrict any unvaccinated persons from travelling domestically.
