200 people vaccinated today at VC, Port Moresby

TWO HUNDRED people were vaccinated today at the Vision City shopping mall in Port Moresby,  in a vaccine drive initiated by the National Control Centre ,  in the ongoing flight to make the city safer and stronger against COVID-19.

The National Control Centre in collaboration with the Vision City conducted the onsite vaccination at the Amphitheatre for the public to get their first or second doses.

Some of PNG’s popular vocal artists, motivational speakers, church leaders and other PNG icons, who have gotten the jab shared their experience on the importance of the vaccine.

The vaccination program started at 8:00 and ended at 2:00 pm.

There will be similar vaccination programs in the near future and   the public will be advised on the next  planned vaccination drive.
